To book your preferred service online, please follow these steps, Thank you.

  • If you want to benefit from our loyalty program, make sure you are registered and that your account is open. On the home page, click on "Loyalty program" in the top section or click on the "diamond" icon on the left bottom for more information.

1- Choose your service.
2- Fill in the table "Please select the service"

  • Be sure to select an Employee.
  • If you don't see a box to select an "Employee", that's okay, continue with the rest of the steps.

3- Select the date and time you prefer.

  • If you do not find any availability, please try to select another Employee, otherwise change the date.

4-Confirm
5- Fill in the “Contact details + Billing address” table.

  • If you have a promo code be sure to put it in the discount code box and validate it.

6- Click on “continue to payment”
7- Click on “Validate payment”

  • Check your email and confirm your appointment by clicking Yes.
  • If you don't receive any emails, don't worry, all online appointments are marked as accepted and confirmed by default.
  • Appointment rejected by the system if your answer on the email was NO.

To book your favorite services online, please follow these steps, Thank you.

  • If you want to benefit from our loyalty program, make sure you are registered and that your account is open. On the home page, click on "Loyalty program" in the top section or click on the "diamond" icon on the left bottom for more information.
  • The easiest way is to book and confirm your preferred services one by one, if not:

1- Choose your 1st service.
2- Fill in the table "Please select the service"

  • Be sure to select an Employee.
  • If you don't see a box to select an "Employee", that's okay, continue with the rest of the steps.

3- Select the date and time you prefer.

  • If you do not find any availability, please try to select another Employee, otherwise change the date.
  • Be sure to select a date and time that can follow the second and third services etc... to ensure you don't wait between services. For example, service 1: from 9:00 a.m. to 10:00 a.m., service 2: from 10:00 a.m. to 11:00 a.m., service 3: from 11:00 a.m. to 11:15 a.m. And so on.

4-Confirm

5- On the payment page click on "Return to basket" at the bottom left.

6-On the Shopping Cart page, click on "Continue Shopping"

7- choose your second serve and repeat steps 1-2-3-4.

  • Repeat the same action for the 3rd service and so on.
  • Remember, the time and date must be tracked, as mentioned in step 3.

> After selecting all the services you want to do.

8- Fill in the “Contact details + Billing address” table.

  • If you have a promo code be sure to put it in the discount code box and validate it.

9- Click on “continue to payment”
10- Click on “Validate payment”

  • Check your email and confirm your appointment by clicking Yes.
  • If you don't receive any emails, don't worry, all online appointments are marked as accepted and confirmed by default.
  • Appointment rejected by the system if your answer on the email was NO.

If you have a loyalty card with us don't worry you can still get it but you have to book offline or you can book online and when you visit us let us know to convert your card to our online loyalty program by adding points to your account or giving you a discount code that you can use on your next online appointment.

Our plan is to pivot our loyalty program "from card loyalty program to online loyalty program".
