The manager seems to manage well and is a perfectionist in relation to her project and the quality of the services she wants to provide. I also liked the very interesting loyalty system they use (at the end of the 5th service -50% and at the 10th a free service I think). The lady who did my nails was very sweet and the manager was there to check and rectify if there is anything not very well done.
